Join us in creating a container to set intentions for 2026 with a Tea Ceremony and sound bath! You'll get to bask in the resonant vibrations of our sound garden using Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chi chimes, and more after a Tea Ceremony complimented by a simple heart coherence meditation. (*read about this year's special tea custom blended for this event by Jess Nalbone below.) Afterwards you’ll get to deeply relax while we play sequences to lull you into deep relaxation. Sometimes we evolve into breath practices or chanting, as the energy of the group guides. We actually don’t have a firm end time, as we let our intuition guide us in how this tapers to a finish, but expect it to last about an hour.
About sound - vibration is (literally) everything so when we use instruments that carry healing frequencies, we affect the vibration of everything in the presence of the instruments. The physical body will often respond with physical sensations, relief & wellness. The mind may calm as the nervous system is soothed. Don't be surprised if something mystical happens or you have a spiritual surprise!
About Jess's custom Tea: I've watched her blend tea in her tea workshop - she cares deeply about what she's creating, and how it will effect the tea drinker. For this ceremony, she's creating a custom blend to support relaxation, grounding and stimulate receptivity to your intentions. She'll bring a limited supply for attendees to purchase, possibly with a few other blends. If you'd like to purchase teas ahead of this event, email her at [email protected]
A bit about heart coherence - This is a simple technique anyone can do that will bring your heart rhythm into coherence, as well as with your brain and finally with your companions and surroundings. Heart coherence elicits numerous physiological as well as psychological benefits including (but not limited to) improved immunity and an increased sense of well being. A coherent heart raises our vibration, and as Einstein taught and quantum physics explores, everything is vibration!
Please write down your intention for 2026. It could be for you, or a prayer for someone else or a situation. When setting intentions, use positive words.
If you have any questions about the event, please reach out via the contact section on the home page.
Space is limited - don't delay!
Please note: This is held in a semi private yoga studio located on a 3rd floor. You must be able to walk from a street parking spot and up two flights of stairs.

Join your hosts, myself & Dane, as we honor the Spring Equinox and create the next opportunity for you to float on the resonant vibrations of our sound garden using Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chi chimes, and more.
You’ll get to deeply relax while we play sequences to lull you into deep relaxation (savasana/corpse pose). Sometimes we evolve into meditation or chanting, as intuition leads us. The start time is firm, the finish time is loose depending on the flow of the event.

As Dane likes to say, we create restoration through vibration.
